Licensing policy effective 1 October 2026 (Volume 2, Issue 4)

Articles published in the Electronic Journal of Medical Research (EJMR) on or after 1 October 2026 (Volume 2, Issue 4) will, with the authors’ agreement, be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).

Authors retain copyright and grant EJMR a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and preserve their articles. CC BY 4.0 permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial reuse, provided that appropriate attribution is given, the licence is linked, and any changes are indicated.

Articles published before this date will follow the licence agreed with their authors unless the relevant copyright holders authorise a change. Previously published articles retain their stated licences unless an additional licence is expressly authorised.
